ក្រុមម្ចាស់ជ័យលាភីលេខ១ នៃការប្រកួតគំនិតស្ថាបត្យកម្ម លើប្រធានបទ “លំនៅដ្ឋានមានតម្លៃសមរម្យ” ដែលសុទ្ធសឹងតែជាស្ថាបត្យករវ័យក្មេង បានបង្ហាញពីគំនិតដ៏គួរឱ្យចាប់អារម្មណ៍ ក្នុងការសង់លំនៅដ្ឋានតម្លៃសមរម្យ ដោយបានគិតទៅដល់ផាសុកភាពរបស់អ្នករស់នៅ បរិស្ថានបៃតង ការរស់នៅជាសហគមន៍ ព្រមជាមួយតម្លៃដ៏សមរម្យដោយគិតគូរដល់អ្នកមានជីវភាពសមរម្យ និងជីវភាពកម្រិតទាប។
កញ្ញា កែន មណីនាថ និស្សិតស្ថាបត្យកម្ម មកពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យលីមកុកវីង ជាសមាជិកក្រុមនិយាយថា សម្រាប់គម្រោងលំនៅឋានតម្លៃសមរម្យនេះ ក្រុមរបស់ខ្លួនបានឱ្យឈ្មោះថា The Belong House ។ គម្រោងនេះ គឺផ្ទះមានតម្លៃតែត្រឹម ៣ម៉ឺនដុល្លារប៉ុណ្ណោះ ដោយបានគិតគូរទាំងសម្ភារៈ កម្លាំងពលកម្ម ដី និងលក្ខណៈរបស់ទីផ្សារ។ មណីនាថ បញ្ជាក់ថា គោលគំនិតសំខាន់ក្នុងគម្រោងលំនៅឋាននេះមានចំនួន ៥ រួមមាន ៖ ១.ការរស់នៅប្រកបដោយផាសុកភាព, ២.ការគិតលើលំហ និងតម្លៃ, ៣.ភាពយូរអង្វែង, ៤.ការរស់នៅជាសហគមន៍ និង ៥.វប្បធម៌ និងស្ថាបត្យកម្មខ្មែរ។
ដោយឡែកបើនិយាយពីលក្ខណៈពិសេសរបស់ផ្ទះនេះ គឺធ្វើនៅលើដីឡូត៍ដែលមានប្រវែង ៩គុណនឹង២០ម៉ែត្រ ហើយរក្សាទុកដីឱ្យនៅសល់ ៥គុណនឹង៤ម៉ែត្រ ក្នុងនោះលំហខាងមុខមានប្រវែង៥ម៉ែត្រ លំហខាងក្រោយ៤ម៉ែត្រ និងលំហសងខាង២ម៉ែត្រ។ ផ្ទះនេះបានបែងចែកចេញជា២ជាន់ ដោយជាន់ខាងក្រោមជាលំហទូលាយ និងជាន់ខាងលើជាបន្ទប់សម្រាប់រស់នៅ។ លើសពីនេះ ក៏បានសិក្សាទៅលើអាកាសធាតុដើម្បីឱ្យមានខ្យល់ចេញចូលទៅក្នុងផ្ទះផងដែរ។
លោក អាង ម៉េងលាង និស្សិតផ្នែកស្ថាបត្យកម្ម នៃវិទ្យាស្ថានស៊ីតិក ជាសមាជិកក្រុម បានបន្ថែមថា គំនិតនៃការរចនាលំនៅឋានតម្លៃសមរម្យនេះ គឺរៀបចំយ៉ាងណាឱ្យគ្រួសារផ្សារភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងគ្នាបានល្អ ហើយជាមួយគ្នាលំនៅឋាននេះ ក៏ផ្ដល់ភាពងាយស្រួលក្នុងការបង្កើតអាជីវកម្មខ្នាតតូច ឬពង្រីកអាជីវកម្ម ក៏ដូចជាការកែលម្អបន្ថែមនាពេលអនាគត។
ចំពោះការគិតគូរពីបរិស្ថាន លំនៅឋានតម្លៃសមរម្យនេះ បានរចនាឱ្យមានលំហបៃតងនៅជុំវិញផ្ទះ ផ្ដល់ជាកន្លែងដាំដំណាំហូបផ្លែផ្សេងៗ ដែលជាផ្នែកជួយសន្សំសំចៃថវិកា ហើយនៅផ្នែកខាងក្នុងផ្ទះប្រើបង្អួច និងទ្វារកញ្ចក់បត់បាន និងមានកម្ពស់ខ្ពស់ ដើម្បីឱ្យសមាជិកគ្រួសារងាយស្រួលនិយាយទាក់ទងគ្នា។
