នាថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ ប្រធានគណៈមេប្រយោគទូទាំងប្រទេស បានមកទទួល ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងដឹកជញ្ជូនហឹបប្រធានវិញ្ញាសាទៅកាន់បណ្ដារាជធានីខេត្តរៀងៗខ្លួន ដើម្បីត្រៀមសម្រាប់ការប្រឡងសញ្ញាបត្រមធ្យមសិក្សាទុតិយភូមិ សម័យប្រឡង ៖ ២៨ សីហា ២០២៥។
លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ឃួន វិច្ឆិកា អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ការដឹកវិញ្ញាសាបានដំណើរការទៅតាមការគ្រោងទុក ដោយមិនមានបញ្ហាណាមួយគួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់នោះទេ។
បើតាមអ្នកនាំពាក្យ ក្រៅពីខេត្តរាជធានីដែលនៅឆ្ងាយ នៅខេត្តក្រុងមួយចំនួនដែលមានរយៈចម្ងាយជិតរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ក៏បានធ្វើដំណើរដឹកញ្ជូនវិញ្ញាទៅដល់គោលដៅ និងបានទុកដាក់វិញ្ញាសានៅទីតាំងដែលមានសុវត្ថិភាពរួចរាល់ហើយ។
ដោយឡែកសម្រាប់ការរក្សាទុកវិញ្ញាសាវិញ បើតាមប្រសាសន៍របស់លោកជំទាវ ឃួន វិច្ឆិកា គឺមានការជួយសម្របសម្រួលពីអជ្ញាធរដែនដីគ្រប់រាជធានីខេត្ត-ក្រុងទាំងអស់ ហើយក៏មានការចូលរួមពីអង្គភាពប្រឆាំងអំពើពុករលួយ ក៏ដូចជាអង្គភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងការរក្សាសុវត្ថិភាព និងទុកដាក់នៅកន្លែងមានសុវត្ថិភាព។
តាមប្រសាសន៍របស់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ហង់ជួន ណារ៉ុន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ដំណើរការប្រឡងសញ្ញាបត្រមធ្យមសិក្សាទុតិយភូមិ សម័យប្រឡង៖ ២៨ សីហា ២០២៥ នឹងត្រូវប្រព្រឹត្តទៅ ដោយឈរលើគោលការណ៍ច្បាប់ យុត្តិធម៌ តម្លាភាព និងលទ្ធផលទទួលយកបាន ពោលគឺ «អ្នកចេះ គឺជាប់» ហើយដើម្បីរក្សាឱ្យបាននូវសន្តិសុខ សុវត្ថិភាព សណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ និងរបៀបរៀបរយតាមមណ្ឌលប្រឡង ក្រសួងអប់រំ បានសហការយ៉ាងស្អិតរមួតជាមួយក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន ចំនួន៦ រួមមាន ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ ក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល កងរាជអាវុធហត្ថ លើផ្ទៃប្រទេស អង្គភាពប្រឆាំងអំពើពុករលួយ អគ្គិសនីកម្ពុជា និងសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា។
សូមជំរាបជូនថា ការប្រឡងសញ្ញាបត្រមធ្យមសិក្សាទុតិយភូមិ សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំនេះ នឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្នុងរយៈពេល២ថ្ងៃ គឺថ្ងៃទី២៨-២៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ខណៈដំណើរការកំណែគ្រោងនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែសីហា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ហើយដំណើរការស្រង់ បូកពិន្ទុដោយកុំព្យូទ័រ និងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ពិន្ទុ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
សម្រាប់ ដំណើការបោះពុម្ពលទ្ធផលប្រឡង គ្រោងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនាថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ខណៈថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រសួងបានកំណត់សម្រាប់ប្រកាសលទ្ធផលប្រឡងតាមមណ្ឌលសំណេរនៃរាជធានី ខេត្តទាំង ២៥ នៅទូទាំងប្រទេស៕
